Administrative Assistant
Pay: $20/hr
Hours: 25/week

Summary:
To provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to The Rock Church Pastors, campuses, and Central Directors.
Experience and Knowledge Required
Verbal and interpersonal skills.
Attended Growth Track and displays faithfulness to The Rock Church and the vision God has given it.
Prior Administrative experience
Prior payroll/basic bookkeeping knowledge (or aptitude/willingness to learn)
Effective time management
Ability to problem solve and handle multiple projects effectively
Proficiency in Office Programs (Microsoft Word and Excel, Quickbooks Online)
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Maintain regular office hours (8am-2:15pm)
Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages within a 48-hour timeframe.
Attend regular 1-1βs with Direct Report
Answer phones and communicate messages to the appropriate staff member
Answer questions and provide information concerning church functions and events
Assist the Administrative Director in maintaining all church calendars
Oversee Growth Track communications (Mailchimp) and process Growth Track cards and workflows
Assist in the processing of the weekly tithes & offerings including counting and delivering to the bank
Send Connect card follow-up to Campus Pastors
Oversee and shepherd the administrative dream team (A Team) and the functions they oversee:
Processing of connect cards for first time guests, salvations etc.
Compiling and distributing of the weekly prayer guide
Worship guide assembly and disassembly
Shopping pick-up and delivery to campuses
Maintaining people and statistical data in Planning Center and Church Metrics
Compile shopping lists from the various campus ministries and place the orders (online ordering as well as weekly in-person shopping orders). This includes ordering general supplies for the Bangor campus as well as office supplies for the central office
Communicate with vendors for making payments and/or placing food orders
Create the online and in-person worship guide insert
Print and mail certificates and photos from baptisms and child dedications
Ensure that all necessary supplies and materials are sent to the campuses each week (offering bags, briefcases, special event supplies, etc.)
Assist the Administrative Director with basic data entry into Quickbooks Online
Assist with the compiling and processing of Payroll when necessary
